“LF&LV”Design, Higher Reliability

HQ33 Series use the Frequency rectifier SCR (50Hz), and Built-in output isolation transformer (with isolation boost function). As a result, the battery could be directly connected to the UPS Bus without DC/DC, and the internal DC voltage is 400V. The output transformer could well handle the surge and electrical interference from the load. Such LF and LV significantly improve the system reliability.

PCB Conformal Coating

The conformal coating treatment could well protection the PCB from dust, moisture and some other corrosive substances. This treatment significantly increases the durability, and stability of the electrical circuit and parts, that make HQ33 very suitable for harsh environment applications such as Oil & Gas industry, Seaside projects and so on.

Independent PCBA Cabinet

Evada make the very special design for the independent PCBA cabinet. Such design could greatly prevent the EMC interference, which make the UPS and operate perfectly even in very complex electrical and magnetic environment, such as applica+tions in hospital, power plant and manufacturing factory etc..

Double Independent Cooling Tunnel

HQ33 introduces double independent cooling tunnel design. One tunnel is for transformer cooling, the other is for radiator and PCBA cooling. Such kind of design could maximize the cooling efficiency, and protect the PCBA and some other sensitive parts from heat and dust.

HQ33 UPS uses the high power SCR module. compared with traditional small SCR unit, the relay, or the contacts, the high power SCR module has many advantage, such faster switching speed, higher switching reliability, better parallel performance, and higher parallel flexibility.

“1+1”Composite Control

In terms of hardware, HQ33 uses DSP+CPLD to guarantee the UPS working with fast speed and high precision. In terms of software, HQ33 introduce the double-loop control and harmonic compensation control, that can make sure the system dynamic and stability. As a result, HQ33 can offer less than 2% THDV.

User Friendly Interface

HQ33 equipped with 7 inch touch screen. The large touch screen design is adopted to clearly display the the dynamic status of the 4 switches, operating status, load status, mains power status, and battery status of the UPS on the screen, allowing users to monitor the machine operating status, and the changes in the application environment at any time.

Smart Monitoring System

Besides displaying the real-time operating information, the HQ33 monitoring could be able the generate the operating logo, and display the history record, such as the load rate curve, output PF curve, input voltage curve etc.. This function is very useful for the data analysis and system maintenance.

E-BAT Smart Battery Management

Propoweress has developed its own unique smart battery management. HQ33 UPS is very flexible in battery configuration. It support 29-34 pcs battery with odd numbers adjustable. The charging current is 10-40A adjustable. The UPS support battery cold start, common battery in parallel system, and battery discharging test function. Last but not the least, the UPS also compatible with lithium batteries.
